I cannot how quickly time passes! The month of July came and left int he blink of an eye and here we are on the 3rd day of August already! I do hope you are all having a fabulous summer.
As I sat outside this afternoon enjoying an ice cream sandwich, several monarch butterflies flew by. To me that's a sure sign of late summer!
Those who know me know that I'm not one to sit and do nothing, yet the past couple months have been filled with lethargy, point blank plain and simple stupid thoughts, and a lot more weird physical symptoms than I'm used to. All of this leading up to a broken give a damn where writing is concerned. So I apologize to you, my dear readers and followers, for not keeping up with this blog and more importantly with getting the Acorn Hills Series moving forward.
You will be pleased to hear that Book 5, Richard's Relics, will be out in November. I'm hoping for release on or around Veteran's Day. There will be giveaways, so please, if you haven't subscribed to my newsletter, do so. That is where you will find out about all of the new things happening...ESPECIALLY all of the Acorn Hills news and excerpts of the new books.
To teachers and students, may your new year be filled with many exciting learning experiences.
For those who are wrapping up vacations...be safe in your travels.
For those of us who are business as usual...may you be blessed beyond measure with joy and happiness. Remember it takes more muscles and energy to frown than it does to smile...so pass that smile to all who come across your path.
Hugs, love, and kitty paw bumps,
Grace & Boo
