Nothing screams spring like the color green...grass, shamrocks, beer...
Tomorrow is St. Patrick's day, an annual celebration of the life of St. Patrick, Patron Saint of Ireland. This began as a religious holiday, but today is a worldwide celebration highlighting Irish culture. A lot happens...music, dancing, special foods, and a whole lot of green. One of the most well-known foods eaten on the day is corned beef. However you celebrate, I wish you the blessings of St. Patrick and the wee folk, of course!
